This new cedar has the same narrow, upright habit as an Emerald Cedar, but has brilliant yellow foliage that turns to an amber colour during the winter.  Can be planted as a focal plant or privacy screen.

Jantar cedar may need supplemental water during dry periods in summer. Protection from drying winter winds is recommended in an exposed location.  

Deer find the soft evergreen foliage very attractive for winter food and will rapidly strip a plant.
