Newfoundland Chocolate Company
Nestled in St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador, on the eastern edge of North America, this family-owned company has been crafting artisan chocolate the traditional way for 15 years.
From humble beginnings in a home kitchen to the original headquarters on Duckworth Street, and now to their impressive café and factory on Torbay Road, this company has grown while maintaining its dedication to quality. Each piece of chocolate is made with care, honoring time-honored techniques that deliver exceptional flavor and craftsmanship.
Utoffeea is a locally owned toffee company and seasonal ice cream shop located on the outskirts of Winnipeg, MB. Proudly named the "Best Toffee in Canada," Utoffeea offers a delightful destination for customers to shop a variety of their renowned products. The selection includes five delicious flavors of toffee as well as an assortment of toffee popcorn, making it a must-try for toffee lovers.
There is a passion to be found in food, especially when it comes to chocolate. This passion is reflected in every product, starting with the finest quality chocolate and extending to the carefully selected non-chocolate ingredients. While the chocolate serves as the soul of each creation, the filling is its heart. Great care is taken to perfectly match the heart and soul, resulting in delectable sweets that tempt and delight the palate.
The excitement lies in experimenting with different chocolates, flavors, and colors. Sometimes, new and unexpected flavors aren’t created intentionally — they just happen, leading to the discovery of a new favorite treat.

Zoë's savoury balsamic vinegar comes from Modena, Italy, a region globally celebrated for its exceptional vinegar, all prepared through traditional artisanal methods. Both the oils and vinegars are 100% natural, containing no artificial ingredients, offering a pure and authentic flavour experience.
The natural flavour of Zoë olive oil forms the heart of its infused oils, carefully extracted from olives grown on the Souretis family estate in the hills of Morena, Greece. This region's ideal climate for cultivating Koroneiki olives results in an elegant oil with a light nutty taste and a smooth, buttery texture. The oil is extracted using the first cold press method, where the olives are pressed only once at very low temperatures, and then the oil is bottled immediately. Made from 100% Koroneiki olives, this oil is rich in antioxidants and monounsaturated fats, known to be among the highest in the world.
SaltSpring Kitchen Co
What started in a home kitchen with handwritten labels has now grown into The Jam Factory—a full-scale production kitchen, retail shop, tasting room, and a dedicated team of more than a dozen passionate individuals. Even after eleven years, every product is still made in small batches using only the finest ingredients.
Spicy Tomato Savoury Spread was created with the goal of achieving the perfect balance of spice and flavour, offering a next-level alternative to ketchup. What began as a flavorful addition to burgers quickly became a best-selling product, first introduced at local farmers' markets to enthusiastic reviews. As the company grew, founder Melanie recognized the opportunity to provide meaningful employment, allowing locals to stay connected to family, nature, and community without leaving the island. Inspired by the rural West Coast setting, the company continues to expand while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and community impact.
The full collection of savoury, spicy, and sweet creations is designed to complement cheese and charcuterie boards, elevate sandwiches, or add bold flavor to any dish. Keeping a few jars on hand ensures there’s always something delicious to share—giving friends and family something to rave about.
Proud of his heritage, Aristo Stavropoulos is the producer behind LA BELLE EXCUSE, with his family's olive groves located in Chora, in the Triphylia region of southern Peloponnese. This area has been renowned for millennia for producing exceptional olives and olive oil. From a young age, Aristo helped cultivate his family’s olive grove. In his early twenties, seeking new adventures, he left his native village and settled in Quebec.
LA BELLE EXCUSE’s white balsamic vinegar is crafted in Modena, adhering to time-honored traditions. Made from white Lambrusco-Trebbiano must and cooked in covered vessels, it boasts a light amber color, indicating that no caramelization occurred. The extra virgin olive oil is made from Koroneïki olives, grown in the beautiful Triphylia region, known for its favorable climate and rich soil. Harvested at the end of November as soon as they ripen, the olives are pressed the same day, ensuring an acidity level below 0.3%.
For two months, this unfiltered olive oil is left to naturally decant, resulting in a residue-free oil that is perfect for cooking. LA BELLE EXCUSE proudly offers this unique extra virgin green olive oil, embodying the distinctive flavor and quality of the region’s olives.
