LA BELLE EXCUSE’s white balsamic vinegar is crafted in Modena, adhering to time-honoured traditions. Made from white Lambrusco-Trebbiano must and cooked in covered vessels, it boasts a light amber colour, indicating that no caramelization occurred. The extra virgin olive oil is made from Koroneïki olives, grown in the beautiful Triphylia region, known for its favourable climate and rich soil. Harvested at the end of November as soon as they ripen, the olives are pressed the same day, ensuring an acidity level below 0.3%.
