Beyond the House Return Policy & Warranty 2023

Warranty
Trees, shrubs & vines have a 1 year warranty from date of purchase.  Warranty covers a replacement plant or credit note for the purchase price.  Warranty does not cover damage to trees or shrubs caused by severe weather (wind storm, hail, lightning, fire), winter desiccation, animal/insect damage, lack of water, excessive water, vandalism or malicious acts.  We will replace any tree, shrub or vine only once.
Trees and shrubs are dead if there are no longer leaves or needles have all turned red.  A photo of the dead tree or shrub is required.
There is no warranty on perennials, annuals or tropicals.  There is no warranty on indoor plants.

Returns
Outdoor plants can be returned within 48 hours.  They must be in their original pots with tags, have been sufficiently watered, not planted and must be in the state they left (no damage to the plant).
***Evergreens cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise stated.

Store items or hard goods can be returned within 20 days.  Items must be in original state with tags and receipt.
Items 40% OFF or more are FINAL SALE.
