This extremely low growing evergreen has dense foliage that is bright blue in the summer and develops a purple hue in the winter.  Excellent as a groundcover or in mass plantings.

This juniper cultivar is a vigorous grower that remains extremely flat, requiring little maintenance. Needs little water and is tolerant of a wide variety of soil conditions. They are good for erosion control on hillsides.
