This outstanding small, weeping, ornamental tree is grafted at the base of the native Tamarack or Larch. Larch are a deciduous conifer, losing their needles in Winter. The new Spring growth is very soft and bright green; needles turn a medium green in Summer, followed by orange in the Fall. The overall height of the larch depends on the height of the graft.
Prefers moist, well-drained soil.
