Native. Large shrub or small tree with upright clusters of white flowers in early Spring.  Grayish-green round leaves become medium-green all Summer, followed by brilliant yellow to red colour in the Fall.  Red to purplish-black edible fruit in June.

The fruit will never become a mess as the birds will devour them!  

Serviceberry tolerates a wide range of soils and conditions.  This species is excellent for woodland plantings, naturalizing, along streams.
