Upright, narrow selection of Austrian Pine.  Slow-growing dwarf conifer with thin, dark-green needles.  Stays dark green all winter, with contrasting white buds.  Use for screening or specimen in the landscape.

Prefers full sun in average to moist, well-drained soils. Pruning is not normally necessary. Any necessary pruning should be done in late winter (during dormancy) or by pinching candles before they develop mature needles.

To improve looks and airflow, these plants would benefit from periodic 'combing' (use your fingers) to remove dead material.
