Densely branched, small understory tree with a rounded crown.  Light brown exfoliating bark and unique three-palmate, mid-green leaves in the Summer.  Fall foliage is brilliant orange-red.  Excellent Fall and Winter interest.

This smaller unique maple is a great specimen with showy attributes all four seasons of the year. An excellent tree for the small landscape or woodland garden.
