The young Magnolia tree has a pyramidal shape that matures into a straight trunk with a rounded crown. In May, fragrant yellow flowers, each about 7 cm, bloom alongside the leaves. The tree produces green seed clusters resembling cucumbers, which turn red before becoming brown. Fallen red fruits often attract ground birds. Its narrow, pointed green leaves can grow up to 25 cm in length. During autumn, the foliage displays shades of yellow, gold, and brown.
