This summer bearing raspberry produces medium sized dark red berries.  The berries are excellent for eating fresh off the plant as well as for making jam and preserves.

Raspberries require at least 6 hours of sun and well drained soil.  They are happiest in a nutrient-rich, slightly acidic soil, but will still produce in poorer soils.  Raspberries are self-fertile so you do not need two varieties for cross-pollination. 

We strongly recommend amending the planting area with Fafard Acid Loving Plant and Berry Soil Mix or compost
