This early-ripening raspberry is very productive with dark red, tender and juicy berries with very good, medium sweet flavour. Excellent for fresh eating as well as making jams and preserves.

Raspberries require at least 6 hours of sun and well drained soil.  They are happiest in a nutrient-rich, slightly acidic soil, but will still produce in poorer soils.  Raspberries are self-fertile so you do not need two varieties for cross-pollination. 

We strongly recommend amending the planting area with Fafard Acid Loving Plant and Berry Soil Mix or compost.
